Planning your trip ahead of time will give you peace of mind, enough time to make changes if needed, and allow you to book hotels, attractions, and more at lower prices than last-minute rates, which are usually more expensive in the US.

The number varies depending on the time you have available to travel, how much you want to experience, and whether you prefer a relaxed pace with rest days or want to experience as much as possible. Together, we will create the precise and correct plan that suits you perfectly.

Israelis with a biometric passport apply online for ESTA, for visits of up to 90 days, since Israel joined the Visa Waiver Program in 2023. Anyone not eligible applies for a B1/B2 visa at the embassy, which includes an interview. We offer a wide range of payment options, from credit card payments in up to 12 interest-free installments, bank transfers, to payments in foreign currencies (e.g., dollar payment or bank transfer). Furthermore, it's important to us that the power is in your hands! For hotels, car rentals, and transfers you book with us, payment can be made from the moment of booking up to the last cancellation date for that booking. For example, if you made a booking for April 10th and it can be canceled until April 8th, you are required to transfer payment by April 8th! For non-cancellable bookings, immediate payment is required at the time of booking.

Each booking on your trip has its own cancellation terms, and we specify them in the proposal next to each item: most hotels can be canceled up to a few days before arrival, flights depend on the ticket type, and tickets for shows and sports games are refundable up to two days before the event date.

Yes. We have planned trips for extended families, groups of friends and companies, including adjoining rooms, coaches, events and conferences. A group of ten or more gets a tailored proposal with group cancellation terms.

The United States only. Most of the trips we plan go to Florida and Orlando (Walt Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, Miami and the Keys), to Las Vegas and the West (the Grand Canyon, the national parks of Utah and Arizona, Los Angeles and San Francisco), and to New York and the East Coast (Washington, Boston, Niagara Falls). Trip types: families with children, couples and honeymoons, long road trips, groups of friends and company trips, plus tickets to NBA and NFL games, shows and concerts. It depends on the destination. Orlando: the quiet, cheaper windows are late August to mid-November (except holidays) and mid-January to early March; July and August are hot and crowded, and December is the most expensive. June to November is hurricane season in Florida, and in practice most trips pass undisturbed. Las Vegas and the western parks: March to May and September to November, since summer heat passes 40°C. New York and the East Coast: May to June and September to October; December is beautiful but the most expensive and crowded. Israeli school holidays (Passover, Sukkot and summer) are peak demand for flights from Israel, so those are booked especially early.
